Wordless Wednesday: Post-Photoshoot Edition

MODELS? Yep, that's us. Famous ones.

So Lilo was right (since her MOMMMM is friends with our MOMMMMM) that we were doing something called "e-pics?" We learned tonight that that stands for engagement pictures. Why do humans use so many abbreviations??!!!?!?! Mom even abbreviates "abbreviations" as "abbrevs!" Sheesh!

We went downtown and there is this COOL tall skinny carved-looking monument with steps going up to it. We took a ton of pictures and so did the pawrents, some without us but most with us, obviously. Bad part was the shirts they made us wear. They said "save" "the" and "date." Mom said they're for our save the date cards, but we are pretty behind on what that means. Anywho here are some pictures Mom took...

We were taking a drink break since it was crazy with all the paw-parazzi!

This picture below is from the photographer's iPhone. Her name is Erin and she is SUPER PAWESOME!! Her husband John took super good care of us when we weren't in pictures. And they also came with Diana who has a black lab and LOVED giving us butt scratchies!

After the shoot we went home but then Mommy went to DINNER with Erin and John!! Some Mexican restaurant. I'm sure they put us at home because the paw-parazzi would be all over us.

We promise not to forget about you all when we're famous beyond belief.

Hello it is Sophie and the pugs and we are feeling... skeptical.

Why, you ask?

We were told that tomorrow we need to put on shirts for pictures. Downtown?

We have no idea what to expect. Why are we wearing SHIRTS? And we have never been allowed downtown.

We look forward to finding the answers to our questions... yet we fear the worst. Let's hope for a painless experience.

Constipated or Agitated?

RIGHT after I posted the last entry, the fireworks started. (Remember, it rained yesterday?) Dixie and Harley bark, but Sophie... well... see for yourself.

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend!! We were rained on the WHOLE time so it wasn't as festive as normal, but still very special and fun. What did you do for the holiday (or non-holiday outside the US) weekend?

Happy 4th of July! Hope all the other USA doggies out there are enjoying and not too scared by fireworks!

I spoke too soon...

...we were anything but neglected today. Mom worked, but came home early. They left and we thought, ha. Typical... neglecting us. But no, they came back with freaking t-shirts and then wore us down.

Mama already posted all 40+ photos on facebook (all of you doggie's pawrents should friend her and join the "My Dog's Blog is better than your blog!" group on facebook! She is the creator!) and will embarrass us tomorrow. But man... you'd think we were sooooper-models the way she was snappin'!

We came back inside and passed out.

Be careful what you wish for, friends. Very, very careful.

NEGLECT.

So I bet you all believed that crap Mom pitched about blogging every day. I mean, maybe she will. But does this get us more attention? Nope. Proof? Today. We get about 10 minutes of pets and scratchies and then... gone. Till like 9:30. Where were Mom and Dad?

Yea at some CONCERT. It's outside. Would it kill them to stop being blissfully happy for like five minutes to sneak in some pugs!??! I hear there was BEER and HOT DOGS there?!?!

Anyways we spent the night in denial, being neglected and attention-deprived, praying that our paw-rents would return.

Is that them!?!?!.... nope. This is ridiculous.

I'm being driven to drink.

This weekend is a Holly-Day or something so maybe that means more time with us??? We'll see!!!!
