At our shower on Saturday, these lovely ladies (plus one more who couldn't come) got me our best present probably ever in our lives...
A DYSON ANIMAL VACUUM.
Of course it arrives the day our power goes out. I had to stare at it for two days until I could use it!
Oh and use it I did. This is JUST from our living room area rug. That's it. That's all we vacuumed.
It was so easy to use, it just clicked right together, there's a HUGE, LONG, telescoping part for detail-cleaning high or low, and the waste part empties quite easily. I was gagging looking at the pug hair that had accumulated since our old vacuum committed seppuku after we acquired pug number three. It's amazing how much a pug can shed. Note, however that most of the hair is fawn...
Mom!??! Who is this pug in the cylinder? They smell familiar...

Oh no...I think those pretty ladies sucked up one of our furry babies(toys) in that machine. Look out!

Maybe you could make somethgin out of all that hair - certainly enough for a sweater, or maybe a little replica of your pugs (see Maggie & Mitch's/airedales blog post earlier this week). Don't know where we'd be without our Dyson, probably duried in white, brown & black fur! Ours is 4 years old & going strong!

haha! whenever i take my dogs over to my mom's house she always whips out the dyson and shows me how much hair she collects from the dogs visit. that dyson is pretty amazing.

It's amazing, isn't it???? Crazy how much they shed!!! I've heard of peeps making things from dog hair...just sayin'!
Pup wigs for dogs with cancer!!! It would be like a canine locks of love!! You never know when all that hair could come in handy =)

Mom loves her Dyson. We like to bark at her when she uses it - after all she is vacuuming up all our good stinkyness :)

I am so jealous! I would love a dyson animal.. everytime I see one I gaze at it longingly and then I look at the price. :(
I want one of those so bad but the hubby thinks they are not worth the price. I will show him these photos :)
That is really cool. Mom had one of those a couple of years ago. Watching the dirt accumulate is really weird/cool.
